When you get engaged, you'll get a lot of advice (unsolicited and not), but one of the biggies about planning is that you should "decide on your venue early on," because it will set the tone for the whole. damn. thing. Well, we're behind that sentiment, 100 percent, but we didn't realize just how down with it we were until we saw this stunning styled shoot. The Tannery Loft is one absolutely beautiful canvas, and the natural light that floods this industrial warehouse space is just one of the reasons why this venue was the first box checked on this inspirational editorial. Its entire purpose was to represent passion and since it was designed with intimacy and romance in mind, the multilayers of boho and rustic elements just made the energy that much more alive and palpable.

The color of burgundy was a true inspiration throughout the color palette. The flowers were carefully selected and purposely placed throughout to ensure their tonality blended with all the beautiful pieces of furniture. We stayed true to the bohemian theme's nature: unconventional, yet timeless all at the same time.

The cake was a statement piece, cultivating shades of white and pink with hints of gold to go alongside the boho and rustic vibes. We chose a delicate wedding dress to match the light and airyness of the day, because a bride wants and should move freely on her wedding day.

Each part of the tablescape honored the color palette and was carefully curated. The tapers were a softer tone of blush to work against the rich burgundies and oxblood reds. Personalization came across via marble rose gold scripted name placards, and even the material of the napkins matched that of the wedding dress skirt. Everything had a rhyme and rhythm, nothing was left to chance.
