This awesome Florida team put together inspiration from the beautiful town of sunny Palm Springs, California. Palm Springs just happens to be one of my most favorite places on earth so we are super excited to share this bright and funky color palette. It definitely brought retro vibes to this lush backdrop in the desert.

Recently, we tag-teamed with a group of incredible vendors to design and execute a Palm Springs inspired styled shoot that made retro just damn cool. Funky and eclectic, we combined various peaches, mauves, marigolds and rusty browns and nudes with subtle accents of dried desert foliage. Textures from velvet fabrics, suspended florals and homemade tassel lamp shades were a nod to the vintage yet still trendy setups we had dreamt about in our heads during the months of planning leading up to this magical day.
Our friends at Ocean Hawks Rentals brought in some custom-built pieces like the bubbly bar for guests to enjoy a champagne toast, as well as a trio of pedestals for our geometric cakes by Sugar Sugar Cake Boutique to be displayed on. Floral "waterfalls" from Gather and Grace Designs were a fun way to switch up the traditional garland look for long tables and continued to weave pops of color effortlessly throughout the tablescape. Minimalistic menu cards by Tortoise Designs, tapered candle sticks and a ceramic sun face vase were the perfect finishing touches for this retro-mod montage.
Keeping with the boho vibes, we kept the groom in a classic linen suit by Current By John Craig to let the bride, styled by Julie Cipollaa, do all the talking. We played with two gowns from One & Only Bridal. The first gown by All Who Wander brought bold, graphic lace and unexpected feathery, off-the-shoulder details. The second gown by Watters tied in the tassel accents with it's low-back, fringe silhouette. Every moment of this day was wow-worthy and we're blessed to have come together with such a talented team of creative partners. Special thanks to Sydney Marie Photography for capturing all the can't-miss details.
