With its mountain views and old-world architecture, you'd never believe that this venue is located in Las Vegas! That's right, Luck Be A Lady, Elvis impersonator, and Britney residency Las Vegas...totally different vibe, right? This just goes to show that no matter where you are in the world, you can make your wedding dreams a reality. Hiring a local wedding planner is the first place to start. If they've been around long enough, they probably know every venue there is to know in your location and will have the perfect one for whatever design you've been dreaming of.
These stunning photos by Susie and Will really bring the old-world ambiance to life. Storybook Planning & Design worked closely with all of the vendors to ensure this shoot was cohesive and blended in just the right amount of modern touches to make a perfectly timeless design. City Blossoms created all of these incredible florals you'll see throughout, including the crawling floral arch that is a total show-stopper. Lake Las Vegas Sports Club is a surprisingly versatile venue and couldn't be better suited for this shoot! Inspired by the romance of old-world textures and the minimalism of modern geometry, Storybook Planning & Design seamlessly fuses the old with the new to create this gorgeous dusty rose, mustard, and ivory editorial. Lake Las Vegas Sports Club provides an idyllic neutral backdrop–complete with masonry arch, crisp white walls, crawling vines, and terracotta roof tiles–a nod to Spanish-style architecture. Photographer Susie, from Susie and Will, captured it all so perfectly!
Enticingly lovely on its own, the stone arch only grows in beauty when dressed with a climbing floral installation by City Blossoms. With mountains on the horizon, this site oozes romance–an unforgettable place to exchange vows in front of an intimate gathering of friends and family.
The subtle layering of a textured ivory linen tablecloth and an oversized ivory runner from La Tavola Linen achieves an elegance that serves as the perfect foundation to the organic tablescape. The tone of the dusty rose napkins is mirrored in the tabletop florals, providing a romantic pop of color.
Stationer Beautifully Noted plays with textures and shapes, designing an invitation suite that features honey and rose-colored handmade paper, a speckled half-circle jacket, a pairing of modern typefaces, and a clear vellum floral wax seal, all wrapped with taupe silk ribbon. Coordinating menus serve a dual purpose: affixed under the wax seal is a mini place card to indicate designated place settings. Alongside antique gold candlesticks (from City Blossoms), RSVP Party Rental's cut glassware and intricate taupe dishes usher in the old-world familiarity, while the simple rose gold flatware and ghost chairs contrast for that alluring modern edge.
The ripples in the pink bow (made entirely of fondant!) that adorned the cake, made by Cake With A Side Of Cookies, was a simple and elegant touch, keeping true to the organic feel of raw silk.
Less is more with this fresh bridal beauty look by Glammed Up Vegas (via Elwynn & Cass). A sweeping low updo and dewy skin radiate an effortless romanticism, and a soft rose lip is ready for that first kiss!
