The city of Amsterdam in the Netherlands is the perfect backdrop for a romantic city elopement. With its characteristic canals and dreamy houses, you'll find yourself in a beautiful wedding dream. Amsterdam canal houses look very tiny on the outside, but actually, they are spacious on the inside and hold elegant gardens and courtyards. The Secret Chapel, managed by Private Mansions, is a historic hidden Roman Catholic church from 1751 and is a hidden gem in the center of Amsterdam.

Nothing beats getting ready together for your wedding day! Smooth romantic vibes in a dreamy bathroom decorated with a flower cloud by The House Of Artz.

Enjoy a slow and easy start with a bath. Bridal lingerie by Poirier via Ankii My Vintage Boudoir . Bridal accessories by Lovely Elysian. Then it's time to get dressed and get married! Marion Bruidshaar En Make-up made sure that Janneke's hair and make-up looked amazing. Janneke wears the handmade 'Bo' wedding dress, A beaded tulle gown with geometric embroidery and underlay of sequin tulle lined with ivory silk koubis georgette, by Atelier Edwin Oudshoorn with a matching chapel veil. Jordan looks stunning in his pastel yellow tailor-made 3-piece suit by Michael & Giso.

Amsterdam Is For Lovers

"Amsterdam is the perfect city for lovers, so make sure that you enjoy your surroundings and have a love shoot outside at the canals! You will have amazing pictures!" Advises Enyo Lake, Weddingplanner at Mrs. Lake Weddings, who also planned this shoot. Destination wedding photographer Renate from Wit Photography captured these beautiful images. Caterer Ninour created a beautiful bite-sized dinner. Lime crêpes with scallops tartare, Tortelli with prawns, and a Limoncello sauce finished off with a creamy Panna Cotta decorated with edible flowers. These dishes looked beautiful on the tableware of Représentable on a lovely styled table with flowers.

And then, after a whole day of enjoyment, it's finally time for your wedding ceremony. Even if you have no to few guests, a beautiful invitation suite is a great way to inform all of your loved ones about your wedding. We are obsessed with the work from Lin Mc Queen Kalligrafie, who created the stationery set for this shoot. Fitting in the colorful location and with a quirky envelope lining and beautiful calligraphy. The House Of Artz pulled out all the stops and created a backdrop with a fireplace full of flowers.
