Love Has Them Walking on Air… Literally!

Saying "I do" at over a thousand meters in the air? Call us daring, but don't call us crazy! The choice to hold a ceremony in a hot air balloon was the fundamental part of this editorial, and we were able to pull it off thanks to Globos Arco Iris. With their help, our couple - Ana Y Jon - took part in this amazing experience at sunrise in La Rioja surrounded by gorgeous vineyards. Of course we couldn't forget their dogs - the perfect witnesses - who did not want to miss this special day. For this editorial, David Fernandez and Lorena Martinez photographed every detail, every smile, and in short, a whole lot of love. Each image and movement, filmed by La Cueva Estudio Audiovisual, describes the day any daring couple would want for a 21st century start their "next adventure." The bride wore two looks from one of our favorite firms, Alicia Rueda Atelier. For the ceremony, she wore Analia: a jacket trouser suit in Tweed Chanel. It includes a waist-cut jacket and masculine cut trousers with embroidery in soft sand, mauve, and yellow tones to match the vintage-looking headdress made with embroidery in haute couture rhinestones and designed by Tocados Siete Naranjos. For a final touch, she donned shoes in Raffia from the firm Figara. The groom wore a very casual look using dark tones but with the added elegance of a white shirt. The bride's second look for the reception banquet was the Maxine - an asymmetric crepe dress - with funky bronze open silk sandals in bronze lamé, once again from Figara. She complemented the outfit with asymmetric earrings with handmade roses made with natural organza in a classic champagne color, also from Tocados Siete Naranjos.

Naiara Zorrilla Style was in charge of hair and make-up. For the ceremony, she matched some water waves in her hair with an elegant and simple makeup style. For the celebratory reception, she updated the bride's look to a more sexy ponytail with statement makeup to match. The unique, daring, and personal floral art for both the bridal bouquet and the banquet table decoration was designed by Marsi Flowers. The reception took place at La Casa Solariega San Vicente, an 18th century manor house located in San Vicente de la Sonsierra, in an incredible environment surrounded by the best vineyards in the world.

The tables were decorated in a Boho style with materials from Dreams Rents: bronze chandeliers, raffia placemats, and rattan rugs, among other elements of decor. The restaurant, La Vieja Bodega, took charge of the gastronomy for this special day, and the final culmination came in the form of a Muchachita Pasteleria cake. Under the neon lights of "ALL YOU NEED IS LOVE," provided by Lights And Wires, the reception dinner gave way to the party honoring this special day.
