When Pantone made UltraViolet the color of the year, it seemed to be the perfect challenge to create an elegant affair filled with glowing and neon element! Mary Fencl Events, the sponsor of this post, and Amanda Grace Photography took that challenge and ran with it, straight to their nearest laser etcher! This gorgeous wedding inspiration is filled with some of the most stunning signage that (can you believe it) Glows In The Dark!

Tulsa, OK is rich in native, natural beauty, as well as a growing downtown area covered in detailed architecture. We knew we could merge these two complementary features, and include Pantone’s color of the year, UltraViolet, to put the cherry on top.
The vision to bring the skyline to life began with the venue. Welltown is a brand new Brewery and a renovation of an old business space in the heart of downtown. The best part, other than the beer, is the rooftop patio! With the skyline view and beautiful clear skies, we knew this was the perfect ceremony backdrop.
The bride’s dress, designed by Bridal Couture by Sonni, took the watercolor theme to another level with the vibrant dip-dye skirt, styled with a delicate lace crop-top to keep it youthful and romantic! The groom and groomsmen wore charcoal gray tuxedo’s provided by Ed Beshara’s fine clothing, and the Bride and Bridesmaid’s natural beauty was enhanced by Adney Artistry for hair and makeup.
All Things Cake delivered the most elegant watercolor and geometric cake design to pull so many of our elements together.
The handcrafted altar, benches, and reception tables by J and L Tables brought in more wood grains and unique shapes to the space. Ever Something florals helped enhance the water-color inspiration with each shade of purple in the blooms. Lionsroad DJ provided the bistro lighting for the ceremony, and they brought the dance party to the reception!
In the reception space, the large overhead light fixture featured fresh greens draped by Ever Something and Edison bulbs. The fixture fit perfectly over the oversized guest table, which helped keep the party together while adding some drama to the layout. Each place setting has customized name place cards that showcase the Tulsa skyline and sat neatly under the clear dinner plates for a functional surprise. The elegant dinnerware provided by Party Pro Rents was the perfect setting for the delicious Banh Mi from the Lone Wolf food truck.
One of our favorite design features for this event was the signage! Not every day is signage so very exciting, but it is when it glows! We had a great time working with Laurel and Marie to design a cohesive hand-lettered look from each neon light to the beautiful invitation suite. Custom colored LED laser etched acrylic signs brought in the modern and fresh element we were looking for!
Speaking of glowing, how about a sweetheart table that is elegant and romantic in the daytime, and then transforms into an illuminating pop of purple just in time for the party? Yes, please!
