The greenhouse was the inspiration for this stunning shoot. It is such a beautiful space of green and it's just there. No styling, no moving pots around, just enjoying the mossy boards the plants sit upon and the gravel paths that have been walked up and down for years. The girls sported beautiful gardening hats with fresh blooms as they strolled through the greenhouse.
To add a pop of color with a not so traditional color pairing, Angela Marie Events
chose marsala with yellows and peaches. It was a beautiful mix and was flawlessly displayed in
blooms designed by Root Floral. See even more details from this gorgeous shoot in the full gallery, photographed by Carolynn Seibert.
I love finding local gems in the midst of a world with so many big franchises and money making machines. I recently moved and remembered this sweet local nursery only a few minutes away from my house and decided to pop in for a bit. While being nosy with a friend of mine, I realized I had stumbled across an amazing piece of property right in the heart of our city! SO many trees, beautiful plants, and and old house that had been their for 35 years. The older gentlemen walking around, with his dirty hands, loving every minute of being in the sunshine, was surprisingly the owner. Such a sweet man, and after striking up a conversation he didn't hesitate when I asked if I could shoot on his property.
