Embellished Chocolate Fondant Wedding Cake

Get ready for something incredibly yummy from one of our Los Angeles Wedding Cake professionals, E rica OBrien Cake Design. For the cake, Erica OBrien of Erica OBrien Cake Design embellished chocolate fondant with hand-cut floral appliques. She sculpted fondant fruits including apples, persimmons, and pears. Erica also made coordinating miniature loaf cakes which she covered in chocolate fondant and adorned with hand-crafted miniature fruit. Could you just die on how deliciously gorgeous these are?
