Elegant Blue Micro Wedding Inspiration at Cuyahoga Valley National Park
As we all know, many couples have had to downsize their grand weddings plans and trade them in for micro weddings and mini monies. From what we've heard, couples have no regrets and seem pretty ecstatic about the end result. An amazing team of Ohio wedding vendors created this elegant blue wedding inspiration to show the endless possibilities of a tiny wedding.

The Looks
The bride wore a gorgeous off the shoulder fit and flare gown from Radiant Bride and was styled with two different looks by Hair and Makeup by Alyssa. One with a statement hair clip and the other will a cathedral veil - even though she's wearing the same dress the look is dramatically changed by her hair and accessories. The groom was looking sharp in a dusty blue jacket and a black bow tie from The Black Tux.
We all know that 2020 has been a difficult year for everyone. As a wedding photographer I have been finding it harder and harder for my couples to make a choice about downsizing their weddings. Their dreams of an elegant affair were suddenly crumbling into intimate elopements, lacking the excitement of a grand celebration that they had always dreamed of.
The Tablescape
Pastel florals brimming with romance by T. Florals sat on top of the elegant farm style table from Lavender and Lace Event Rentals. The simple white plates and romantic dusty blue linens really allowed the centerpieces to shine.
I gathered a few incredible vendors with the idea that downsizing to a micro wedding doesn't need to be any less elegant than the magnificent celebrations they had already planned. With some shifting of the budget, couples can treat a smaller group of the closest family and friends to a fabulous and elegant event!
The Cake
The cake by Sweet Little Things CLE was minimal perfection, a small white cake surrounded with florals perfectly situated on a dusty blue runner.
Many couples find that they have to compromise a lot when planning larger weddings. With a Micro Wedding, they can spend a little more on the dress of their dreams, invest a little more in the flowers they had been hoping for, and even find a venue that caters more to an intimate engagement.
