From Vintage Mingle: This styled wedding shoot is inspired by Celtic princess Merida, the fiery red-headed princess in the Disney movie Brave. The theme inspires a rustic, woodsy, and wild vibe with hints of bohemian touches and strong Norse cultural references. Rich in berry hues, emerald green, teal, honey, and mixed metals, this style appeals to the bride and groom seeking a fairytale wedding with vintage decor in a natural setting.
Held at the Silver Falls Lodge, a national historic landmark built in 1941 in Sublimity, Oregon, the lodge offers an intimate and romantic location to say, “I Do”. The bride wore a dreamy a two piece dress designed by Melissa Price Design House and made specifically for this Merida inspired shoot. This custom dress inspired the designer to launch a Disney princess bridal line for real life fairytale weddings.
