This shoot was created as an introduction to my new company, quaint – a boutique rental & design co. I wanted to showcase some of my rental pieces to inspire brides and others, of how vintage items can add that character and unique touch to their wedding or special event. We are bringing to life an outdoor tea party to showcase how all these components can work so well together to produce a distinctive celebration! The quaint brand represents a charming, one-of-a-kind and nostalgic company that aims to give its clients the best experience in wedding and special event prop & styling services.
I wanted to incorporate black throughout the areas, to again relate to the quaint identity. With fall upon us, the rich colors of deep purples, and merlots were also added, to create a charming color scheme in this outdoor setting. East Aurora, NY is such a unique and charming little town just outside Buffalo, NY, and within this town is Knox Farm State Park. This was the ideal spot for this particular shoot, as it too represents the essence of the quaint brand. Nature sets such a beautiful backdrop all on its own here, but when paired with swoon-worthy vintage rentals, it’s pure delight and the perfect combination of outdoor chic! The juxtaposition of indoor pieces featured outdoors, always creates such a one-of-a-kind appearance.
