Cloverleaf Farm is a place that allows time for a little poetic reflection. Here's ours:
It's an early morning mist kissing the surrounding meadows, bunnies zigzagging in the field, the heady perfume of flowering magnolias, heirloom roses, honeysuckle, night-blooming jasmine and old-fashioned moonflower vine. It's fireflies, chipmunks, sun-loving lizards and rocking chairs on the back porch of a grand, old, 1859, in-the-country farmhouse. It's soul-soothing sunsets and the rhythmic mating songs of a thousand crickets and tree frogs. In other words, it's a bona fide Southern experience; it's home.
From Andie Freeman Photography: When planning this wedding inspiration, I wanted to capture the pastoral beauty and serenity of the venue itself. I have to say that it is one of the prettiest homes in this area.
For the palette, I chose Pantone's colors of the year, Serenity and Rose Quartz. I have to say that personally, being such a fan of pastels, I love this palette. We also wanted to capture the upscale luxury of the property. Event Designer, A Divine Event, brought my vision of the perfect luxury southern wedding to life. They constructed an over the top floral circle archway to use as the ceremony backdrop and Crush Event Rentals provided lush vintage rentals as comfy seats for the guests.
For our reception, we set up an estate table under an old tree and hung three chandeliers over it. There was a floral runner down the center and vintage china provided by Vintage English Teacup. A sweetheart table was set up in the vineyard to provide our couple with privacy and a moment alone together during their meal.
Our groom wore a custom suit created by JMac's Clothiers and the bride sported a non-traditional gown by Kate McDonald Bridal covered in pastel sequins and carried her favorite white Persian kitty named Pillsbury. The cake was three tiered, Serenity in color, and covered in white lace. To top it all off, a blush Ford Thunderbird convertible was on hand for our couple to drive off into the sunset.
