When Larissa Parks and Holly Carton started designing and recruiting creatives for this blue and gold watercolor elopement, they probably had no clue what was to come! The model couple, Kemis & Ben, were married 7 years ago and don’t have a single picture or video from their big day. This seaside elopement inspiration turned into their real-life vow renewal.
Waiting for his bride in front of a stunning ocean backdrop created by Holly Carton, Ben was all smiles when Kemis appeared in a gorgeous lace gown from Love and Lace Bridal Boutique accessorized by sea-inspired pieces from Kala Jewelry. Little Village Bakery baked up the prettiest blue and gold cake for the couple, while Cre8tive Touch Events and Rentals provided all the rentals. Blue Diamond Events Designs created the most amazing array of florals, and The Artful Wanderlust added additional design decor and physically styled the shoot.
As you will see, everything turned out flawless. It was all captured by Vanessa Smith Photography and Thuis Studios for you to enjoy and Kemis & Ben to cherish for years to come. From Little Village Bakery: A blue and white watercolor elopement inspiration shoot quickly turned into a REAL LIFE vow renewal for real life couple, Kemis and Ben Hancock. Their personally written vows brought back memories of their relationship, bringing their kids into the world, and choosing everyday life with one another.
Kemis and Ben's story is a unique one. They were married 7 years ago and unfortunately weren't able to get their big day documented. No photos or videos. This watercolor elopement was more than just another styled shoot, it was a meaningful day for Kemis + Ben. Is was a day they will cherish forever.
After being in their presence that afternoon while re-pronouncing their love for one another even after all these years, (and boy the tears were flowing!) it makes you believe that strong marriages can thrive no matter what is thrown their way. 7 years and 3 children later, Kemis + Ben's marriage is still going strong.
