While touring the space, Los Angeles event planner and designer, Milk Events LLC I inquired about the hotel's use for weddings and she learned that it hadn’t been used for a wedding celebration. She immediately knew the stunning space had to be showcased.
Being in Downtown Los Angeles, the courtyard has so much character. With gorgeous arched windows and beautiful doric columns lining the space, you'll have forgotten you're in Los Angeles.

Milk & Paper Co. set the tone with the lovely handmade wedding invites that were beautifully followed with the coordinating wedding programs. Printed on handmade paper and tied with pure silk soft gray ribbon that flowed with the pale gray of the table cloth at the reception table.

Milk Events LLC wanted to take the space out of Los Angeles, and the idea of Olive Trees came to mind. Think the rolling hills of Tuscany, at an olive orchard right at picking season. That is the wedding vibe.
The team brought in wedding floral designer, Irises Design, fresh off a flowering trip to Europe and international photographer, Jeremy Chou to complete the vision. They helped bring a lightness and rustic feel to an otherwise massive space.
