This unique and creative shoot can only be described as an iteration of the theme, "Michelangelo's Dream." Massimo Lanteri with Deep Flowers created all of these incredible florals you'll see throughout. Sweetie Pie made a white chocolate cake that perfectly represents two women's bodies coming out from the marble just like Michelangelo’s art. Angela & Paola Di Sante of Gattotigre were there to film as this inspiration came to life at Carrara Marble. With a backdrop of gorgeous white marble, it was easy for designer and planner, Eventi Gaia Di Gaia Cinotti, to bring this dream to life. All the images are in the full gallery. Inspiration for this shoot mainly came from the idea of juxtaposition: the soft silk of the dresses with the linear elements of the marble itself; the complementary colors of emerald and maroon in the dresses; the soft natural tones of the marble with the bold earthy autumn tones of the centerpiece florals; the warmth of the décor with the cool of the marble itself. The dresses were courtesy of Miranda De Sipio, while Cherie Spisso incorporated this same juxtaposed inspiration into the naturally glamourous hair and make-up.
Floral designer, Massimo Lanteri of Deep Flowers, incorporated a suspended Amaranthus, Terracotta pottery, and autumn flowers for that bold pop amidst the earthy backdrop. Even the menus incorporated that dream-like juxtaposition by blending the idea of poetry and marble with culinary experience. Overall, the naturally ethereal vibe created by through this attention to detail is one not to be underestimated or missed. It truly is a "dream."

White as the holy light.
Infinite as the space between
a secret and unspoken words.
The caress of a hand slides across her beautiful face.
Her eyes unclose between a very light dust
and the thin cracks of the stone.
Maker defines, maker creates.
The pulsing essence of a new life is hiding in a man's hands
and within his thoughts.
Two young ladies dressed in purple and green.
The sinuous marble veins come alive during their encounter.
The time of the youth dances
barefoot on the cold and alive surface.
Beauty is a prison,
the art of protecting the most sensitive feeling.
Marble twirls between the artwork borders and designs the edges of love
which are all alive in the happiness of a memory.
The thin dress slides on the marble as a precious drape
on the table of simple joy.
Gentle movements make room among a suspended Amaranthus,
Terracotta pottery and autumn flowers.
On the menu, the poetry gentle line finds its balance
within beautiful human bodies
and stories of culinary experiences.
Michelangelo appears with his white hair,
his face rugged by the challenges of the time passing by
and with hands capable of big things.
A great power echoes.
He is all together a man,
author of the artwork and of the dream,
divine and immortal angel.
Humanity survives to his story and becomes
the time of the novel in centuries.
Love for life is above everything.
