The bride exudes the romance and grandeur of Grant Humphrey's Mansion in her A-Line organza Blue by Enzoani gown. The gown features soft, floral-embroidered lace which covers the bodice and flows gracefully down the delicate skirt. The classic silhouette of the A-line complements the romance and femininity of the deep v-neckline and v-back.
Again, we see the juxtaposition of softness and strength in the bride’s hair which was pulled into a low and loose textured bun with soft pieces framing her face. The softness of her hair perfectly complements the strength of the striking bone structure of her face. A floral hairpiece frames the textured bun to bring out the effortless style.
Warm, soft hues of mauve bring out the beauty of the bride’s eyes, lips, and cheeks. Gold and pearl accented drop earrings just peek out of the bride’s hairstyle. Her diamond bracelet, also gold-accented, brings a touch of class and sparkle to her wrist. The neckline was kept free of jewelry to bring attention to the beautiful plunging V-neck and embroidered lace of the gown.
FINISHING TOUCHES
The minimal and classic Invitation Suite by Lettering by GrG perfectly complements the style of this bridal shoot. The suite features handmade cotton paper in white and a soft grey with gold hand-lettering. The envelope liner features a beautiful castle on a hill, much like Grant Humphrey's Mansion.
A soft and romantic color palette of mauve, blush, Paris blue and white florals including ranunculus, cappuccino roses, sweet peas, and lisianthus intermixed with textural elements of scabiosa pods, dried silver bells, and fruited blueberry branches perfectly complemented the romantic soft feel of all the design elements in this shoot. This bridal inspiration is perfect for the elegant yet bold bride who loves a contemporary look in a timeless setting.
