Nothing says romance like an elegant French Chateau wedding, and this shoot is the stuff dreams are made of. French wedding planner Marie Momento Mio designed this inspiration with a fresh color palette to offset the hot summer season in Paris with hues of purple, pink, and creme throughout the design and florals at the gorgeous Château de Villette.
From the romantic ceremony in front of a fountain to the garden view reception with the prettiest floral arrangements by Le Moulin Fleuri. Every detail was perfectly curated to bring this dream wedding in Paris to life, and it’s perfection! From Marie Momento Mio: I thought a lot about the colors that I wanted on that shoot. Especially because there were several beautiful events in this castle before and I wanted something different. As the summer in Paris was really hot, I choose to work on those purple and cream colors to bring freshness and sweetness to this shooting.
This is also the reason why we decided to use the fountain area for the ceremony, where the bride and groom, as well as their guests, can hide from the heat. That fountain really gives the impression to be in a different place. It is like discovering a private/secret place and enjoying its freshness. The background was so amazing by itself, that I chose to design a really simple and elegant ceremony because it actually doesn’t really need more.
We made the wedding table on the terrace in front of the castle in order to have an amazing view of the gardens. Marie of Le moulin Fleuri created amazing flower compositions working well with the symmetry of the venue. She also created a table runner of flowers to add a touch of colors at the table. For the occasion, Monica and Greg from Lettering by GRG created especially for us French menus with an illustration of the Chateau de Villette. A little extra that made the difference and took the stationery to another level.
We kept the idea of something really pure for the rest of the table, with white and silver dishes. We used those beautiful glasses and napkins from La Maison Options to put a little touch of colors. Belo of Weddings Cakes and Co. kept the same inspiration to create an amazing wedding cake.
Our beautiful couple was dressed by some talented designers that we can find in our capital at the Vivienne Paris Boutique. The groom is wearing an original Chris Von Martial suit, with a Mao collar jacket.
The bride wore a stunning Dan Jones dress for the ceremony, which is fluid with a train. For the diner, she wears an Alon White dress, really elegant and delicate. She fits Bella Belle shoes encrusted by lovely pearls and a Veil by Chris Von Martial.
