Creating the Theme

The theme of this shoot was "A Mediterranean Lavender Citrus Wedding at the Ocean". One portion of the day was shot on the terrace of "Zoi," a Michelin-starred restaurant with a perfect Mediterranean style backdrop, while the other portion of the day was shot on a luxurious yacht. Inspired by the idea of an intimate summer wedding in Croatia, the focus became the sea and eye-catching colors.

The colors and style were perfect for a summer wedding and for an adventurous couple in love. They were playful and eye-catching, yet used in a romantic way. The ocean breeze and yacht added a luxurious flair to the concept, as well.

Floral Inspiration

The incredibly creative team executed the theme perfectly! On the day of the shoot, the creative team was able to create a world of orange, yellow, and lavender. The sea, the palm trees and the sky were always visible and flowed right into the theme. And the perfect accents were set by the incredible vendors. The photographer captured the moments uniquely in his photos, including the impressive floral art and decoration that ran through the entire day and created a perfect contrast to the bright surroundings through a colorful play of different flowers.

It's All in the Details

The exquisite stationery incorporated a combination of delicacy, extravagance, and Mediterranean lightness, while the patissier craftsmanship for the wedding cake and a sweets table echoed the colors of the day. And of course the glamorous jewelry simply spoke for itself!

Fashion Forward

The bridal fashion studio and the men's outfitter provided an all-around cohesive look to showcase the models, while the nightwear and swimwear by Hunkemöller perfectly matched the setting on the yacht.
