This styled shoot was put together to show how beautiful a Brooklyn wedding could be without breaking the bank and keeping in line with the new COVID regulations.

From Wild Heights Event Design and Coordination
NYC saw a lot of change in the wedding industry due to the regulations brought on by COVID. Smaller guest counts, a focus on details and personalization, and a hunt for unique venues within the city.
This styled shoot was inspiring not just in the concept but in the creative outlet it provided the vendors who collaborated on it. A bright spot in a slow season, we were able to pour a little extra love into the details and ideas in the shoot. We wanted to inspire couples around the city to celebrate their love, while showing a realistic option for celebrating during the pandemic.
The shoot was set up as an 18 person microwedding supporting small and local businesses. All of the vendors are local to the Brooklyn area, including the pizza supplied by Il Porto Brooklyn just blocks away. Rooftop Reds is NYCs first and only viable rooftop vineyard, offering a truly unique backdrop for couples; greenery AND a city skyline? Who can beat it?
Design and Decor was provided by Source And Gather, a semi-custom approach to wedding planning offering couples curated collections of decor + paper goods by PPAPER Studio, accompanied by planning and photography for events up to 40 people.
While this was a styled shoot, we were conscious to keep everything possible for a couple looking to host an intimate wedding or a postponed nuptial without breaking the bank.
