Astrid's Tip #2: As stressful as your schedule is, schedule in workouts 5 times a week. It is your time to clear your mind and you will feel confident walking down the aisle!
Astrid's Tip #3: Get your bridesmaids together for quick workouts you can do at home like the turbo workouts on CosmoBody. Girl time bonding and toning!!
Astrid's Tip #4: Remember to enjoy this process of getting ready to walk down the aisle. Things can become stressful with seating arrangements, future mother in laws, etc, but at the end of the day, this day is about you and the love of your life.
Astrid's Tip #5: Don't do some crazy last minute diet or cleanse. You don't need to faint or be a bridezilla because you are starving. Be healthy and eat properly. I love eating 5 times a day! Breakfast, snack, lunch, snack & dinner!! Keeps my energy up & my metabolism up!
Astrid's Tip #6: Get a facial 2 weeks before the big day! Your pores will be cleaned out and anything that comes up post facial and redness will be gone for your pictures and special day!
Astrid's Tip #7: Have a great heel for walking down the aisle but have fun and let loose at the reception. Big trends are rocking a great running shoe like Nike or Sam Edelman to dance the night away!! Burn more calories shaking it and less blisters for the honeymoon!
Astrid's Tip #8: Use social media to get your bridal party and guests involved with workout challenges. Example, every time you receive a wedding present in the mail, do 10 burpees! Then tag who sent it to you with a workout challenge to them.
Astrid's Tip #9: Get some one on one time with your fiancé by going on a hike together- don't talk about the wedding planning but talk about the reasons you love each other instead.
Astrid's Tip #10: On your wedding day, take in every second. You spent months planning it and it will go by in a blink of an eye. Enjoy the cake too!! You have worked hard & the love in the air will make the calories not count!! ;)
