8. Reserve the date with a Videographer, execute the contract and send the deposit.
9. Set up a design meeting and reserve the date with a florist, execute the contract and send the deposit.
10. Reserve the date with ceremony location, cocktail musicians, execute the contract and send the deposits.
11. Reserve the date with reception band or DJ, execute the contract and send the deposit.
12. Reserve the date with any specialty entertainment: After Party DJ, Cigar Roller, etc.
13. Reserve lighting, linens, chairs, dance floor, furniture, table top, décor, etc.
14. Reserve the date with the Officiant.

6-8 Months Before THE WEDDING
1. Design and send out the Save the Dates.
2. Discuss honeymoon plans and contact a Honeymoon Planner.
*Remember to reserve travel arrangements/ airplane tickets under Bride’s maiden name, not married name.
3. Design the Invitation Suite, approve the proof and go to print.
*They are sent out 8-10 weeks before the wedding date.
4. Confirm rehearsal date, time and dinner location.
5. Secure the welcome party location, time and details, if applicable.
6. Decide on attire for Groom and Groomsmen and have them purchase or reserve their outfits.
7. Have Bridesmaids order and purchase their dresses.

6-8 Months Before The wedding
1. Reserve transportation for the wedding party and guests, if applicable.
2. Set up and attend hair and makeup trial.
3. Shop for and purchase wedding rings.
4. Take engagement photos.
5. Determine cake design, attend tasting and secure wedding cake.
6. Look into a new living space for after the wedding.
