Lavender Whiskey Sour:
3 oz. Whiskey
1 oz. Lavender Simple Syrup
1 oz. fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 egg white Lavender sprig for garnish Directions:
Fill cocktail shaker with ice. Add whiskey, lavender simple syrup, lemon and egg white to shaker and shake vigorously.
Strain liquids into chilled glass. Garnish with Lavender Sprig & serve.
