San Francisco Rainy Day Engagement Photos
San Francisco, with it's eclectic and stylish mix of people and breathtaking landscapes is home to our next engagement session. Photographed by French photographer Marion Heurteboust, who perfectly captured Amy and Phil's chemistry in color and emotion in a way that they didn't know was necessarily visible to others. As with most of our engagement sessions, we are going to show you how to replicate the couple's look and feel. Amy and Phil are obviously vintage connoisseurs and pull the look off with ease and comfort. Some of Phil's look is ironically enough from Ross, and it just goes to show you that you can look unique and on-trend while dressing for less.
From The Bride on your outfit:
We wanted to wear something that described who we were and matched our styles. We love vintage. I had purchased my outfit with the brown skirt and blue jacket from a vintage store called Silverscreen Vintage in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and wore two types of shoes: the rainboots are Hunter rainboots, and the orange shoes are from Urban Outfitters. My red coat: a $3 purchase from a garage sale. Under the red coat I wore a skirt from Express and a purple tank top with a vintage scarf from a store in San Francisco.
Phillip went for the vintage look with newer items from Ross Dress-for-Less- Yep, we're bargain hunters! No name brands here! HAHA! And he wears it all so that you would never know! Oh yes, and his shoes are Robert Wayne.Obviously we could not find an super cute red coat for $3, but we found the next best thing. Below is our version of Amy's rain day engagement outfit.
