Our Fave Celebrity Engagement Rings of 2019
Whenever a celebrity gets engaged, I imagine it’s Christmas again, and an angel gets its wings. Anyone else feel the same way? Just me? No, but really, anytime ANYONE gets engaged, it’s a big flippin' deal and we don’t blame them for dealing with their rings in different ways: whether they want to show it off (Hilary Duff, let it shine, girl), hold things hush until a big event where they can debut, or simply keep it a secret for as long as possible (because a bride can do what she wants with her sparkler, even if everyone else is dyingggg to see it). In any case, lots of our favorites have said “YES” this year, and we can’t wait to see what their future weddings hold - but for now, we’ll just obsess over their rings - and point you in the right direction of places with similar perfect 💍💍💍.

Her ring couldn’t have been more appropriate for a proposal colliding with Cupid’s big day, and though we’re still not sure whether its pink hue is due to a pink sapphire or vivid pink diamond center stone, it doesn’t matter. The floral-inspired halo setting does it for us, and it’s just damn near perfect.

Granted, finding something just like KP’s will be tough - the uniqueness is just unreal - but we love this one from Danhov Jewelry. It’s actually part of their Petalo Collection, ideal for the woman who loves organic shapes and floral motifs. The entirety of the range is vintage-inspired and encompasses feelings of love, passion, and romance in a floral and feminine presentation. Sounds decidedly like the Dark Horse herself, right?!
Bridal Rings Co.
We’re also particularly in love with this one from Bridal Rings Co. (would like a direct link to the ring below, could not find it on site). Though it’s not bright pink and yellow gold like Katy’s, the softness of the rose gold is just as girly. The double halo - in varyingly thick iterations - is stunning and the split shank with twist band is just all the more whimsy and enchanting. The vibes we feel when we look at this ring are the same as the ones we have when we look at the ring on Katy’s finger.
Jennifer Lawrence
There have been a few times when we’ve suspected J.Law might be getting engaged, but when it happened - for real - in February, we were beyond excited. She is going to be the most beautiful bride, and we know that because when is she ever not beautiful? Also, she made us wait until Paris Fashion Week to see her rock (you'll have to check here for some pics!), after we speculated on what it would look like as any normal stalkers usually do when they’re thirsty for a first peek. Her ring is super minimal, when you consider the delicate platinum band, but the emerald-cut diamond is epic. ((You know how we feel about emerald diamonds #needthem)). To throw off her fans, too, Jen stepped out with her fiancé directly following her engagement wearing an even daintier gold band on her pinky. The two looks together are 🙌🙌🙌.

Frank Jewelers
Frank Jewelers Looking for something that mimics J.Law’s major engagement ring? Think about something like this cushion stunner from Frank Jewelers (again, need the direct link, I don't believe this ring is featured anywhere on site). The shape is right on par with Jennifer’s, but it has an edge to it that’s even more Jennifer than her actual ring (and we had hoped she’d rock something alternative like this). Add to that the fact that this horizontal hunny can be stacked spectacularly. Something that J might decide to do with her own engagement ring #ringpartyperfect.
Hilary Duff
Hilary’s ring is what dreams are made of, it’s legitimately one of our favorite e-rings of all time. And she gets it, too, because even she can’t stop looking at it - captioning her one month post-proposal shot by saying “Cheesy IM GETTING MARRIED As of one month ago!” We’re told that her sparkler spotlights a super pillowy elongated cushion cut, but all we see when we look is that HUGE rock. It’s gorgeous and looks like it was tailor-made for her finger.

Ora Nicole Jewelry
In a word, this Ora Nicole ring is the epitome of Hollywood hauteness. Set in a diamond halo, the super-faceted moonstone emits reflections of opalescent colors that just make us think of unicorns and good vibes. If you’re into the glow of this glamorous stone, you’ll soon be rivaling the Insta pics of Miss. Duff, because the entrancing ring speaks volumes on its own.
