We instantly fell in love with this fall engagement session, and we think you will too! Matthew and Christina spent the day on the beach of Lake Ontario enjoying the fresh fall weather, a quaint picnic breakfast and each other's company. Amanda Cowley Sweet Events put together the picture perfect setting for these lovebirds, complete with vintage props and furniture from The Warehouse and gorgeous fall flowers from Lush Florals and Events.
Nataschia Wielink Photo + Cinema captured so many amazing details in this "Fall in Love" engagement shoot! Make sure you don't miss a single one by perusing the full gallery here.
From Amanda Cowley Sweet Events:It's hard not to become inspired by the beauty Fall brings when the leaves change almost overnight from lush green to vibrant hues of rust, gold and fire engine red, naturally and intentionally painting the landscape like its personal canvas. With that being said, what better way to photograph our beautiful couple Matthew and Christina, then to surround them with all my favourite fall things - an 'eclectic fall in love' session if you will, combining the traditional autumnal elements like tartan knit, oversized mugs of coffee and a classic fall palette, we have all come to love, with a few more unexpected details like the antique mahogany seat-for-two of a horse and carriage to breathe new life and new love into this seriously seasonal session.
So we asked Matthew and Christina to join us bright and early on a Sunday morning, at the shore of a quaint little beach in Vineland, Ontario, to cozy up with one another as we photographed their love while the sun shone golden and lovely on them all morning long.
From the Bride-to-be:The beautiful colour of Fall and the cool morning that just makes you want to cuddle with your loved one. We wanted Fall engagement session because we love the color of the leaves, the blue skies and the fallen leaves - it's very romantic. My favourite thing from the shoot was the cozy tea session at the beach. Both Matt and I are tea-lovers so it really suit our personality. Making the fire was also a lot of fun. Although the wood were wet due to rain from the last night, Matt and I still managed to get the fire going - we were very proud of this!
From the fresh florals to the vintage decorations all the way to the warm blankets, we are head over heels in love with every detail in this "Fall in Love" engagement session. After all, what could be more romantic than cuddling up with the one you love on a brisk fall morning at the beach?
