A Real Surprise Proposal In Front of the Eiffel Tower
What could be more romantic than proposing in Paris with the Eiffel Tower in the background? That’s what Jason did! He proposed to his girlfriend, Anne-Sophie in the most romantic city in the world, and she had no idea it was going to happen. This was not one of those photo-sessions that turned into a surprise proposal. This is the real deal!
Jason and Anne-Sophie are Canadian. During their vacation, they made a short stop in Paris. Little did Anne-Sophie know that Jason was planning the surprise of a lifetime. He was going to propose to Anne-Sophie in front of the Eiffel Tower. He had been secretly planning the entire event with Paris wedding photographer, Sandy Cluzaud. Three days before the event, Jason and Sandy went back and forth messaging each-other with the exact time and location for the big event. Sophie had no idea.

The couple has arrived
From the wedding photographer Sandy Cluzaud - The big day has arrived. I arrived 30 minutes before my appointment time to make sure I didn’t miss it. Jason wanted to propose to Anne-Sophie on Trocadero Square with the Eiffel Tower in the background.
It’s 5:00 p.m., the Trocadero square is full of tourists. While Anne-Sophie is snapping pictures of the view, Jason quickly slips away to find me a little further away.
He Leads Her To the Spot
We agree together on the exact spot where he will put his knee to the ground. Jason quickly joins Anne-Sophie and gently directs her towards the spot where I discreetly wait for them among the tourists.
HE GETS DOWN AND ONE KNEE
He took her to the spot. They chat for a few seconds. Jason finally gets down on his knee. Anne-Sophie is really surprised. And luckily, no tourists have passed in front of the camera at this moment.
It is as if time has frozen around them. People looked at them tenderly and they all applauded when she said YES!
The Surprise Is Revealed
I let them enjoy this moment together and finally join them to congratulate them and introduce myself to Anne-Sophie.

HOW JASON PULLED IT OFF
I only had contact with Jason. Anne-Sophie knew nothing. It was not like a photo session booked and then the proposal happened during it. It was a total surprise.
So, before the proposal, I spent one week messagings Jason to give him as much advice as I could. He really wanted to propose to her in the front of the Eiffel Tower. For me, the Best view was the Trocadero place, so I sent him some photo examples of the location and he immediately approved.
How Jason Got Anne-Sophie To Dress Up
Jason made up a clever scenario to get Anne-Sophie camera ready and to the Eiffel Tower. He told her that they were going to a cabaret diner and she would have to dress up, but on the way to the cabaret, they had to meet someone at the Trocadero place to get the tickets to the cabaret.
Once they arrived at the Trocadero place, he told her to take some photos of the Eiffel Tower while he was going to meet the person for the tickets.
So, he joined me in a corner where she couldn't see me and I showed him the perfect spot where he could propose.He came back to her and told her to change to a spot to take a selfie with the Eiffel Tower behind.
I was waiting for him to propose. She didn't notice me at all. And then, he proposed, after that we took some photos around the area.
