How To DIY A Doilie Seating Chart With Prettie Parties Doilies!
Shabby and chic and oh so fabulous! This do-it-yourself project we put together right here at the Wedding Chicks office is one of our very favorites and it all centers around the beautiful paper doilies that Prettie Parties sent to us. With a rainbow of assorted doilie colors to choose from, your own doilie seating chart is sure to fit your big day perfectly.

Doilie DIY
Supplies:
Prettie Parties paper doilies | Printer | Exacto Knife | Glue Stick | Epoxy | Ribbon | 2x4
Steps:
1. Print out your seating assignments (1 table per page) and find something round, like a bowl, a vase or a can that will work as a stencil for cutting out each table assignment. Using your Exacto knife cut out each of your table assignments.
2. Use your glue stick to glue the table assignments to your Prettie Parties paper doilies.
3. Decide how you want your doilies to hang and measure and cut your ribbon with an additional foot to loop around your 2x4.
4. Loop your ribbon around your 2x4 and epoxy the extra foot of ribbon to the back of the rest of the ribbon, leaving enough room to slip the 2x4 through.
5. Epoxy your Prettie Parties paper doilie seating assignments onto the front of each ribbon and let dry for 1 hour.
6. You are now ready to hang up your doilie seating chart. We suggest either tying fishing line to either side of your 2x4 and hanging it up or purchasing four Command velcro strips for a similar floating illusion as pictured above.
