Smokehouse Bacon Station
Oooooooh bacon!!! What doesn't bacon sound good with especially after dancing away the evening. Rock Island Lake Club's Smokehouse Bacon Station provides you and your guests with a carved brown sugar glazed pork belly, bacon wrapped scallops, bacon wrapped dates, chocolate dipped bacon and pork belly sliders with accompaniments such as truffle cream sauce, maple bourbon aioli, chipotle aioli and sriracha mayo. Served with sweet potato fries and chips with beer cheese fondue and a bacon buffalo chicken dip. Enjoy with bacon bourbon shots!
Yacht Club Station
Okay, so it's clear that you want to keep your wedding feeling classy, what's more classy then the yacht club?! This next station provided by Rock Island Lake Club is filled to the brim with jumbo shrimp cocktail, blue point oysters, littleneck clams and snow crab claws with shaved horseradish, bloody Mary cocktail sauce and jalapeño mignonette. This must be what heaven tastes like!
Beer & Cheese Pairing Station
Rock Island Lake Club has 30 beers on tap with craft/seasonal/local beer selections, why not sample several of those with a few thoughtfully paired cheeses! This beer & cheese pairing station coordinates and pairs four chef-inspired artisan cheeses with four locally crafted beers. This station is also festively decorated with pretzels, cheese wheels, cheese blocks and a variety of candied nuts.

Who doesn't like a good chicken wing! The wing stop station at Rock Island Lake Club lets you experiment and come up with your own favorite combo! With plenty of boneless, breaded or naked chicken wings tossed to order with choice of honey BBQ, Old Bay, garlic parmesan, classic buffalo, Thai chili and sriracha inferno you can garnish them with various spices, bleu cheese, carrots and celery.
Cheesy Mac Station
Mmmmmm mac n' cheese is a weakness of mine so when I saw the Cheesy Mac station at Rock Island Lake Club I immediately had to fight of my cravings. This gourmet station includes Mini shells, cavatappi and elbow pasta with classic, white cheddar or spicy queso made to order, served in champagne flutes. Toppings to include duck, crab, short rib, bacon, peas, broccoli, tomatoes, mushrooms, truffle oil, jalapeños & bread crumbs. Oh, doesn't that sound delightful, especially paired with a glass of cabernet sauvignon.
Chipotle Bowl Station
Taco trucks seem like they are heaven sent after a night of dancing. How great would it be to have a Chipotle Bowl station show up at your wedding?! Well ask and you shall receive, this Rock Island Lake Club station provides you and your guests with mini customizable bowls of beef, chicken or pork, cilantro lime rice, black beans, corn, guacamole, salsa verde, pico de gallo, shredded lettuce, a blend of cheeses and sour cream. Served with mini margarita shots and crispy tortilla chips.
Tavern Station
