First off make sure you have all the ingredients and supplies to concoct your sunset ice cream float
1. Vanilla Ice Cream - we used Halo Top because we already had coffee cake for breakfast
2. Grand Marnier & Jigger
3. Raspberries & Mint. You can use any berry you'd like or none at all. It's still delicious.
4. San Pellegrino Lemonata or Sparkling Wine (it depends on how tipsy you want to get)
5. Ice Cream Scooper
6. LiDestri Pink Lemon Liqueur
7. Ohh and don't forget the glasses
Put one to two scoops of vanilla ice-cream in a merlot wine glass and then fill halfway with sparkling wine or San Pellegrino Lemonata.
Pour one jigger of LiDestri Pink Lemon Liqueur. Enough to make it look like a pretty pink sunset.
Get your float on. Grand Marnier that is! Add one jigger on the top of your Sunset Ice Cream Float.
It's time for the garnish. We added raspberries and mint. It really did that extra something, something to the cocktail. Pro Tip. Save the berries until the end, they'll soak up all the tastiness and cream from the float. Double Yum!
We partnered with LiDestri Pink Lemon Liqueur to become mixologists for the day! You're welcome! Please note you can only buy this stunning bottle of pink deliciousness on their website and you must be 21 or over. The UPS man will card you!
