From Hart Floristry: The concept behind the flowers was an elegant, feminine and organic aesthetic. Hart Floristry used antique green hydrangea, rust carnations, scabiosa scoops, sweet pea, eucalyptus, quicksand tea roses and greenery clippings from the backyard to create a greenhouse in the bedroom. Hair - Hannah Henry did a tousled, elegant updo for the bride’s hair so that you could see her face and eyes. Feminine and flirty without being uptight. We wanted her to look beautiful and graceful but still have that bit of playfulness.
The Look Studio created a soft, elegant look for makeup (with a touch of sparkle) and really accentuated the bride’s beautiful features with gold eyeshadow, rosy cheeks, and a soft, pink lip. The bride was truly glowing! Jewelry - RAW by Olivia Mar’s Bridal Collection represents a deep spiritual bonding through the purest gems and rawest stones. The rings are handcrafted raw gem rings inspired by the earth and sea. Cake - Frosted Confetti was going for a soft almost bohemian look. She wanted to mimic details you'd see in nature (watercolor) and also details from lingerie (lace).
ShyLaurel Photography really captured the playful, airy nature of the photo shoot. Her ability to work with the gorgeous natural light in the sunroom and capture the most wonderful detail shots was amazing. The photoshoot was also done at her quaint little studio in New Braunfels, which is available to rent for sessions.
The vision for this shoot was playful, soft and sexy. We want girls to go all out for a boudoir shoot! Flowers, dessert, jewelry, hair, makeup and lingerie that represents the bride will make the shoot more comfortable and care-free if it’s her version of sexy. This styled shoot was meant to showcase that a boudoir shoot can be a ‘feel-good’ session for the bride to give her a boost of confidence to feel comfortable in her own skin. Boudoir photo shoots are not just a present for the groom, but a confidence boost and fun outlet of self-expression for the bride!
