Gotta Have That Gala Lahav

From Ana Lui Photography: Leah and Nick chose Ibiza because they connect with the island and enjoy the Mediterranean feel of the place. Their wedding venue, Atzaro, is located in the middle of the countryside with old olive trees, oranges and lemons ready to be picked from branches, stunning views overlooking mountains and gorgeous sunset.

From a photographers point of view everything was picture perfect, from Leah's getting ready location, the luxurious private villa wedding venue, the flowers, and THAT dress! It was the first time ever that I got to shoot a Gala Lahav's wedding gown in Ibiza! And the dress fit Leah like a glove. I had so much fun with these two! And it was great experience meeting their closest family and friends.

Just A Small Wedding Hiccup

From the Bride: I had handed my phone over to my incredible maid of honour the day before, everyone involved in the day worked so hard and pulled it off so beautifully. I was lucky to have a team that saw my vision and executed it perfectly!

The only thing I would say for brides is don't be late for the ceremony! We got stuck in traffic and ran slightly behind schedule, our ceremony was outside in an Olive Garden so it was slightly hot especially for the guys in suits!

What's In Your Budget?

Prepare to be surprised at how quickly you can go over your budget if you aren't careful with how you plan, and get creative where you can! We had a destination wedding so I made all the menus/name cards/seating plan and cake toppers then took them over with me, saved money and it was also important for me to feel like I had contributed to the wedding decoration In a personal way!
If you have the budget for it, have a back up dress and shoes! a back up dress is a good idea, it was a hot day when we got married so after so many hours it was nice to change into something more comfortable and relaxed. I also got white converse for all the bridesmaids and myself, changed the laces into rose gold ribbons and wrote the wedding dates down the side! They loved them and by the end of the night we were all wearing them dancing away!
