This wintery silver-blue palette is a perfect way to give you the romantic winter wedding of your dreams along with a bright and elegant vibe. Our planner, Plan It Terra, pulled together an amazing team of vendors and details that really brought the Winter Wonderland vision to life at Main Street Abbey. It's a vision the creates the feeling of a cozy and refreshing stroll in the snow.
The inspiration starts off with the dust blue elegant wedding invitation suite by Courtney Winet Design. You'll see the matching menus and cocktail signs a little later in the cohesively designed winter wonderland inspiration.
Our models are a real couple and their perfect chemistry gives us all the real-wedding vibes. Savannah Summer Luxury Hair + Makeup created the perfect hair and makeup look for the bride. Signature Bridal provided the gown and the groom was dressed in Savvi.
Of course the shoot wouldn't have been the same without our fur-model! We searched relentlessly for this beautiful husky pup and it was well worth it. Sprigs of rosemary and icy blueberries are a perfect complementary garnish for your signature cocktail.
From the silvery-iced desserts by Cake House Design to the snow-princess bridal look complete with a cape and winter tiara by Signature Bridal to the floral and decor with hints of blue accents by Rosie's Blooms, this was truly a Winter Wonderland!
For florals, have your eye on in-season blooms and, if possible, reuse your ceremony pieces as tabletop decor or centerpieces. For rentals, ask to see pieces that they haven't had a chance to showcase as much as others. These are just a couple of tips to try that will help build positive relationships with your wedding team and hopefully save you some money!
Our total budget of 38,000 is an estimate based on the starting prices of the vendors involved and the average pricing in the Saint Louis metro. This inspiration shoot was a collaboration of wedding professionals and many of them participated at low or no cost.
Budgeting can be stressful but many wedding vendors are happy to work within your budget (to the best of their ability, of course!) - if you have a flexible vision, give your vendor's a price-range and allow them to use their creativity and most available resources!
