4. FIGURE OUT WHO's THE DECISION MAKER
Figure out who's the "decision maker" and let that, be that. Too often, decisions take longer and conflict can arise because there's mom, bride, groom, sister, and the neighbor down the street, all giving conflicting opinions on which Photographer to book! Obviously Julia was in charge of her wedding.Photographers: Joesph Lin

5. NEGOTIATE
If you're having your reception at a venue, remember to NEGOTIATE!! I’m always for negotiating despite timing, but it should especially be done in this case.Venues are looking to fill any and all open dates so there's often a lot more flexibility on pricing.

Please do not start experimenting with new hair colors, facial treatments, or minor procedures unless you're at least 3 months out.
You have enough to worry about without trying to figure out how to get your hair from orange to the brown you were aiming to have. Pink hair below by my current obsession of the day Ulyan Aaster.

Don't take too long with making decisions. This doesn’t mean you should rush and just pick whatever, but you also don’t have time to debate everything for weeks on end.

8. BE REAL
Be real with yourself (and others)! Don't have unreliable people in your wedding or handling special tasks. It will just cause you stress in the long (or short) run.Photographers:

Unless your date has significance, or you are having your wedding at a private residence, be flexible about your wedding date. That means the day of the week too
Truth be told, you’re going to have to be flexible on a few things because some of your top choices may no longer be available.

There’s a lot to do in a short period of time, but don’t worry, it will all get done! We believe that you should have fun during your planning process, so go ahead and have a blast! Thank you so much Kisha for all the tips.
