Mia's ohh so glamorous bridal shower at Madison Hotel in Morristown, New Jersey, was a luxurious, shabby chic tea party with vintage flair. The entire day is oozing with steal-worthy ideas for your bestie. We are enamored with Mia's bridal shower style to the highly styled dessert table. Read on to hear more details about the day from New Jersey wedding photographer, Keri Calabrese Photography.
You are going to be head over heels in love with Mia's bridal shower style. She wore a long-sleeve, deep V intricately beaded mini dress. Her accessories were also on point -Champagne Christian Louboutin pumps, accessorized with an incredibly cute personalized beaded clutch and topped off with a personalized bridal embroidered jean jacket. Her entire bridal style was shabby chic luxury with a little bit of vintage flair.
Although her Grandmother could not make this momentous occasion, Mia and her Mother ensured that a little piece of her was there. The perfectly poised vintage wedding gown above was her Grandmother's. We adore that they added the pearls around the dress form. They also used Mia's Grandmother's makeup table as the cake stand. Super sweet.
Mia opted to create a money tree instead of bridal shower gifts. Bridal shower guests attach envelopes to the branches, which is a fantastic idea for couples who already live together and have an outfitted home.
Mia's bridal shower was held on a Sunday morning, and the venue could not serve champagne before noon, before they were able to pop the bubbly, guests sipped tea from vintage cups. Once the clock struck noon, the bottles were popped and the fun started.
Oh Sarah Jean customized Mia's denim jean jacket. I love the embroidered roses and the copper buttons. Sarah even provides the jackets, this handmade bridal jacket starts at $114.
Not only do personalized jackets look cute at the wedding, but you can wear them long after as well.
