This beautiful bridal shower was planned by the bride-to-be's best friend, Venus Event Design. Being the matron of honor and also an event planner, she knew that she wanted to make it as special for her as possible, and we think she did a flawless job!
Her inspiration came from the bride’s home in the Hollywood Hills and the bride's favorite colors: blush, white, and peach with pops of gold. The venue overlooking the hills was a perfect foundation for the high tea themed bridal shower. From the moment I had my first date with Max Loong I knew he was the one. Now, three years later, we are only 2 months shy of our wedding date in Bali, Indonesia! We are so excited to be hosting family and friends and welcoming those closest to us to a part of the world that is not only important to us, but that we cherish dearly. I feel lucky to be with the most romantic guy I have ever met in my life. A man that truly does his best to make me smile and keep me happy. The best is yet to come!
Beautiful topaz blush linen from La Tavola served as the table base and I used tall clear vases filled with light pink roses from Wisteria Lane Florals to line the table without obstructing the view. Overhead I made a hanging carnation wall to give a light whimsical look to the space as it hung from a gold leaf garland. Everything was effortlessly beautiful from tea rose buds sitting in vintage tea cups from DishWish to custom made floral sugar cubes that were almost too pretty to eat!
