Being a bride these days is legit like a badge of honor. You’ve been through it, ladies, and you all have stories to tell, that’s for damn sure. That being said, we want to make one thing clear: despite COVID putting the universal wedding planning experience through the wringer this year, brides can still come out on top and enjoy all of the events leading up to and including their wedding days. Now, granted, not every bride and her besties has access to an oasis-like al fresco situation, but with new and improved Airbnb sanitation measures and safety cadences, renting a place with aforementioned vacay mainstays can be super easy and successful. If you’re not totally game to venture outside of your comfort zone and go too far from home (we see you, we’re not sure we’re really there yet, either), then you can always fake it till you make it at your cousin’s in-ground pool, with cute floaties, beach chairs, umbrellas, sarongs, sassy sunnies, and drinks that sip like you’re having them poolside in Palm Springs (that’s a good idea, too: if you’re having your getaway post October 13th, you can watch or DVR The Bachelorette with your bests and imagine you’re there with Clare… or Tayshia… whoever it actually ends up being). As long as you’re leaning into your bride vibes with the people you love most, you’re doing it just right 👌.
