For this delicate, French-inspired editorial, event designer Treasured Heart Events was inspired by the details of this stunning new venue in Fort Worth: Chateau Joli. The goal was to create a lush and vibrant garden for each aspect of the wedding, where the details transported guests to a quaint French town. To achieve this, Olive Grove Design opted for spring peach tones, dusty yellow touches, refined sage tints, all grounded in stunning blue hues. From the welcome boxes for guests at the hotel, to the cocktails that embodied spring florals, to personalized mini charcuterie boards at each place setting, Treasured Heart Events transported guests to a unique expanse that felt far away from the DFW Metroplex.
Chateau Joli is a brand-new venue in Fort Worth, Texas, and the true-to-France architecture of the building brings guests straight overseas. The long, tree-lined driveway entry ends with a one-of-a-kind fountain before leading into the grand ballroom. To invite guests to the event, Big Little Lines created wavy-edged invitations with a watercolor floral design and delicate light pink font as a nod to a French garden.
The bride donned a gorgeous sage and white whimsical floral gown from Styled Gowns. The details and subtle tones of her dress were a foundation in the design for this shoot, as the dreamy train and movement from the off-the-shoulder sleeves created the perfect element of French romance. Yellow Manolo Blahnik heels with gold touches in all of the jewelry completed the look, captured on camera by Megan Kay Photography.
The groom sported a deep emerald-green suit from Stitch and Tie, opting for a pocket square floral boutonniere to add touches of color to his look.
Welcome baskets by A Box of Dallas set the tone for a beautifully detailed French wedding and even acted as a nod to the personalized charcuterie boards guests would find later in the event at each of their place settings.
If your goal is an inclusive wedding environment for guests, Treasured Heart Events's biggest piece of advice is to add a personal touch at every touch point. Personal touches can include a custom welcome box with locally sourced items; a unique ceremony experience with runway-style seating; a "wow moment" seating chart that is intentional for the space and sentiment of the event; or personalized charcuterie boards at each place setting to give your guests a taste of the local flavor.

By far and away the favorite moment from this shoot was the Bread Escort Wall in the cocktail hour space. Reminiscent of a French Boulangerie, Loft House Designs custom built, fit, and painted the structure, while Big Little Lines created the seating tags. Graceful Gatherings provided the bread, and Olive Grove Design created beauty within the gaps through florals.
Next to the wall was a small seating area evocative of a sidewalk French bistro. The goal was to create a laid-back environment with beautiful custom cocktails served by staff members from May I Serve U to bring guests to France through these thoughtful details.

Olive Grove Design brought in lush vibrant florals to every area of this venue, while Top Tier Event Rentals provided the perfect place settings with hints of green and natural tones throughout, and Big Little Lines created draped menu cards for the tables.
