Lace and Doilies Galore. Be sure to have your centerpieces over some gorgeous dollies. You can more than likely pick some of these up at your local thrift store or look to your nearest Anthropologie (they always have some in stock).
Host an elegant cocktail, complete with your signature 1920’s inspired mint Julep (see recipe below) with hot and cold hors d’oeuvre s passed by waiters in crisp white suits. Followed by a sit down dinner that must include a Waldorf Salad.
Be sure to play classic jazz in the background.

* 2 tablespoons superfine sugar
* 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
* 24 mint leaves, plus 4 sprigs for garnish
* 2 cups finely crushed ice
1 cup bourbon Directions
1. Combine sugar, lemon juice, and mint leaves in a pitcher. Crush well with a wooden spoon. Add ice and bourbon, and mix well. Pour into silver tumblers, garnish with mint sprigs, and serve.
