This couple went all-out on their getting-ready spaces, renting full-on insta-worthy cabins for the bride and groom, each photo-ready and unique in its own way. Having a special place picked out for the morning-of will help you gather yourself and put you in the right headspace for what promises to be one of the best days of your life. 

Event By Dawn designed and planned this timeless California wedding. Rosalea Design used neutral colors and local greenery to create these lovely floral arrangements that melded beautifully with the epic redwood forest backdrop. NOTHING BEATS A GLAM CABIN

Orange County couple, Kaitlyn and Camran, gave their friends and family the wonderful gift of a summer wedding in the Redwoods. California is dreamy, diverse, and beautiful year-round. We had high hopes for this wedding for good reason. Kaitlyn is gorgeous, and oh so sweet. She got ready in a tiny cabin nestled in the woods, alongside her best friends and pup. She couldn’t have picked a more elegant dress, more fun pals, or a better place to get glam. Camran and his guys hung out a little further up the wooded mountain in yet another rad cabin. They drank beers and had fun while prepping for the day. What’s so great about Kaitlyn and Camran is how well they complement one another. They love each other so deeply, it can’t help but show. The way he looks at her, the way she looks at him...put that kind of love in wedding day attire surrounded by Redwoods, and it won’t soon be forgotten.

KEEPING IT REAL

Family and friends, who traveled from all over to be there, made their way up the hillside to the tree-filled ceremony. It was all so moving, the location, the love, the vows, the smiles, and the tears. They became husband and wife, sealed it with a kiss, then proceeded with the party of a lifetime. The dinner, the drinks, the dancing, lively and joyful to the max. From start to finish, their day was a celebration of what’s good in life: real love in real nature that has been tested, survived, and thrived. One of our favorite images is of Camran and Kaitlyn standing among trees scorched from fire but standing tall. This couple went through a whirlwind trying to plan the wedding of their dreams. Finally, it happened, and was all the more joyous and profound from the will and wait.
