If you love a good DIY story, you've come to the right wedding. Jill and Jeremy poured their love into the look and feel of their big day which all came together at the lovely Spirit Horse Farm in Kent, Connecticut.
They built and designed all the signage themselves, and all the vintage furniture was thrifted by the bride herself. It was a true labor of love for them both, and totally worth it because their wedding turned out beautiful. From Pearl Weddings & Events: Jill and Jeremy's wedding took place at The Spirit Horse Farm in Kent, Connecticut. This is a beautiful Bed and Breakfast tucked away in the mountains of New England. It sits on a farm occupied by horses, peacocks, doves and chickens. While it be a small farm, it is perfect for an intimate wedding with close friends and family. The day was full of delight. The sun was shining and everyone was smiling.
Jill was dressed is the sleek and clean style of Vera Wang. All the flowers were created by Eddy Farm and assorted by the wedding planner, Pearl Weddings & Events. They kept with the farm feel and had a farm table decorated with lush greenery down the middle. While being on a farm and being eco-friendly all the dinnerware was recyclable. Their love for animals also came through by giving a donation to a dog rescue where they found their sweet fur-baby.
The dinning area was outlined by strung lights which would glow throughout the night. Jill put her shopping skills to use by finding each piece of unique vintage furniture from the lounge to the antique table for the cake and drink displays. Every sign was designed, build and crafted by the couple themselves.
