Planning To Have A Good Time
My mom, sister and I have a small event planning business that we call Dazzle, and have been talking about our ideas for my wedding since I can remember. We wanted to be sure that we had the chance to make as many of my dreams a reality as possible without taking away from our personal enjoyment on the big day.
Best Day Ever
The ceremony was more than I ever imagined it could be. The flowers on the arbor, with the chandelier we bought together hanging from the center, were exactly what I had always wanted.
The words that were spoken by our Pastor and my husband were absolutely perfect. It was the only part I hadn't planned and I was overwhelmed and touched by all the love. The mismatched bridesmaids dresses were stunning on my fabulous friends and the groomsmen looked quite dapper!
Get Down With Your Crafty Self
Since I love crafting, we made all the signage for the wedding, from the giant painted wooden signs that ensured our guests found their way, to the welcome cocktail drink menu and all the chalkboard art around the wedding.
I had a custom stamp of our menu created, and my wonderful groom and I hand stamped our guest’s individual baguette bags that sat at each place setting. I then planted tiny succulents in vintage silver goblets that were part of our dinner table decor. We definitely kept ourselves busy making sure all the details were just as we envisioned!
