Vineyard Wedding: Bright Colors, Personal Touches, and Golden Hour Magic

This sweet little winery tucked into the hillside with a yellow tasting room, grand oak trees and rolling lawns dotted with lavender and roses set the tone for a wedding shoot full of personal touches and bright color. Inspired by the bright tones in the plaid Midori ribbon (used throughout the decor), each touch featured pops of bright hues with a young, fresh and playful vibe.

The "Refresh" beverage station was inspired by the Lincourt wine of a hue so golden it glowed. Fresh citrus sangria and my own personal favorite sodas in little apothecary bottles looked amazing in the waning afternoon light.

Gorgeous glittered wrapping papers were hand-crafted into an aisle of swirling pinwheels. With the sun setting over the vineyard and windmill in the background, how could one not fall in love with this venue.

The clean, preppy bright look came through from the floral runner to the Christofle silver, to the Juliska china and glass. This was the perfect setting to bring back a tradition of old with little finger bowls with fresh lemon wheels.

The swing was built just for the grand oak tree at the top of the property, made of red cedar, accented with a hand-forged cast iron heart and built for two. The tart lemon cake from the Solvang Bakery was set up to be dressed with little glass jars full of raspberry coulis, each with it's own bamboo wooden spoon. Sitting atop the antique dresser in front of the wine cask seemed the perfect spot.
