A Unique Wedding Venue

From the Bride: The Brevard Zoo was the first place Shane and I visited together when we moved to Melbourne, FL. We both wanted a fun and unique venue to tie the knot. The Nyami Nyami River Lodge is a beautiful and rustic venue that has a covered veranda on the water, which overlooks the savanna.

Plenty To Do After The "I Do's"

After the ceremony, guests had the option of relaxing inside the reception hall and enjoying a vintage inspired photo booth or lounge on elegant vintage furniture on the veranda. We incorporated our love of adventure and travel by having a globe as our guestbook. Then guests were greeted by a sloth and an alpaca (My and Shane's favorite animals).

Blush and Gold

Elegant shades of blush, sparkles of gold and accents of green filled the reception hall. Golden miniature animal figurines adorned guest’s tables with garden roses, baby’s breath, hydrangeas, and hypericum berries in wooden boxes. Our sweetheart table sparkled through the night with a gold sequin tablecloth, wooden arch, and a chandelier.
