Well this ought to just make your Wednesday! Laura Hooper of Laura Hooper Calligraphy, who has been lettering for over a decade is now sharing her expertise in calligraphy workshops around the US. How great is that!

From Karson Butler Events:For this Laura Hooper Calligraphy workshop, our design was inspired by spring hues & the wonderful energy the season brings! Colorful poppies in shades of whites, corals, yellows, and pinks paired beautifully with accents of gold. As this is our favorite flower, we loved designing with these very special blooms!

Guests loved their personalized place settings - Laura makes every attendee feel so very special! Each seat included workshop materials with a personalized place mat, a sparkling water atop a gold foil heart coaster (available in Laura's shop!) and a beautiful tote bag to carry everything home in. Tables, linens, and chairs were sourced from one of our favorite DC partners, Party Rental, Ltd.

The refreshment station included an interactive Popcorn Station with a variety of toppings and it was so much fun to bring the idea to life for this event! We always love collaborating with Laura on unique and fun event projects and this is one of our favorites!
