From Lori Kennedy Photography:Just bitten blush and pomegranate palettes, with an infusion of edible greens and tart mustards, were inspired by late winter and early spring. We wanted to bring together the flirtatious colors of love and the rebirth of texture during engagement season.
The stylist and planning duo at Embellish Productions began by creating a flirty, rich color palette. Lace and Lilies added unexpected floral textures, complete with a natural mossy ribbon around the middle of the bridal bouquet. Instead of centerpieces, we decided on a floral table runner to add texture and depth atop the ivory LaTavola Linens draped over the wooden table. Vintage wooden chairs hugged the table in their varied heights and styles, adding more texture and imperfection to our concept. Sweets Cakes & Pastry added fresh pistachio, berry, and plum tarts as a fresh complement to the stacked pear-cinnamon cake, to be enjoyed in a picnic-like setting underneath the blue sky, tree-hung chandelier in the midst of canopy of branches and all.
