From Feuza Reis Studios:Corina Silva Studios, Middle Child Photography, and I teamed up to produce this fall inspired rustic shoot. We based it on some of our favorite rustic elements like burlap, lace, and floral patterns. To keep it feeling modern we threw in some funky pieces like the square plates and the adorable pink tutu dress on our flower girl. The florals were a mix of succulents, sunflowers, and an array of fall colored flowers to keep with the theme. We shot outside of the Peanut Warehouse, which is a great venue in Conway, South Carolina. We liked how the cowboy boots on the bridal party incorporate a bit of country charm into our rustic location.
There were tons of DIY elements! The tiny flags put on the sweets and favors were easily made with pieces of fabric cut into triangles and glued on to sticks. We also used the same fabric to wrap the favors. We purchased burlap flowers and placed them throughout the shoot along with lace wrapped mason jars tied with jute. The fabulous cake, adorned with burlap flowers, made an elegant and romantic statement.
