Here at Wedding Chicks we like to cater to all brides and feature all sorts of weddings, but as you know we do love us a country wedding. Especially if the bride is wearing a boho chic lace number from BHLDN and a homemade Piñata is involved. Really .... what more could you ask for? A variety of repurposed drink bottles with gorgeous hand cut flowers? Yup, they have those. In fact, many of the details at the wedding were homemade by family and friends making it the best traditional Texas dance hall Wedding ever. You can see more photos captured by Texas wedding photographer Eric Kotara Photography in the full gallery.
Ginny and Chad stumbled on Fischer Dance Hall. They wanted to get married in a traditional Texas dance hall and this particular one was close to Austin, TX where they reside. During their initial visit to the hall, a thunderstorm struck and lightning illuminated the hall through the rafters in the old roof creating such a striking scene with the numerous christmas lights hung throughout the hall that they knew they had found their venue.
That super cool Chad + Ginny illuminated sign you see below as made by Chad for Ginny as a wedding gift. We are always so surprised at the cleverness we see.
