The lovely plates were all purchased from local thrift stores, we cut and stitched the cloth table napkins from vintage inspired fabric, the window used to hang the cookie favors on - was a DIY project we crafted from a window (that is over 50 years old) and the seating chart was crafted from an old vintage frame - we repainted/ added a sheet metal backing in place of the glass/then we painted wooden thread spools, added magnets to one side and vintage buttons to the other and ta-da you have an awesome seating chart display that can easily be re-purposed after the wedding.
We also used many vintage buttons throughout the shoot - on the vases, on the seating chart magnets, on the menu clips and our cake artist even made a mold from one of our buttons, so that it could be added to the cake & edible (it's on the light blue tiered cake in the middle of the navy ribbon bow). All the jewelry and hair accessories were hand-made. The ruffled detailing, low v-line back and vintage inspired bead work on the bride's dress is to die for. The florist used raspberries in the bride's bouquet and in the groom's boutonniere (which we must admit, we totally loved).
